SAT Prep Program

LOW-COST SAT PREP

Since 2002, we’ve offered low-cost SAT Prep courses. Taught by retired teachers and graduate students, our course gives inner-city students the preparation they need to succeed on the SAT, and provides them with an affordable alternative to popular SAT prep courses like Kaplan and Princeton Review.

While in a small, supportive classroom environment, students learn vital test-taking strategies, including how to eliminate wrong answers, skim through lengthy paragraphs, and pace themselves through the exam, as well as receive opportunities to take practice diagnostic tests to track their progress.

Volunteer

We are always seeking (paid) SAT teachers, as well as volunteers to help with student tracking and follow-ups.

Program Testimonials

The SAT Program is really beneficial and affordable. I didn't know how much I needed the help until I got to the class and took my first practice test. I didn't do so well. It really opened my eyes to how much harder I needed to work. I appreciated this lesson.

Attending the SAT Prep program was one of the best academic decisions I’ve ever made. No one ever ceased to help in whatever I needed, and they worked endlessly to make sure that I got the score that I wanted. Also, the program provided me with many connections and other opportunities that are very beneficial towards my education.
